Drink

No. 263

No 263 Campari, Grapefruit Cordial, Blood Orange, Prosecco

All this is brought to life with Prosecco to give a refreshing aperitivo, perfect just before dinner.

20mls Campari
10mls Blood Orange
5mls Grapefruit Cordial
Dash of Egg White (Aqua Faba, vegan alternative)

Method: Combine in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into a Nick & Nora glass and top with Prosecco

Music

AD Image

For this month’s musical heroes, we turn our attention to our own backyard, to someone who’s recently enjoyed a well-deserved refocus on his extraordinary musical prowess! The Boogie Monster by name and definitely by nature – you should see his moves – is by far one of the most committed diggers of sounds from the dustiest corners of the globe.

The thing that really sets him apart from the crowd is the way he plays his black gold – strictly vinyl and always strictly class! He’s supported the likes of Peven Everett and Moodymann and for all the above reasons he’s one of our absolute faves down at Da Orazio! Catch him here at the end of the month. Here’s a mix to tide you over.
